New President for Ladish Forging

The new president of Ladish Forging L.L.C. in Cudahy, WI, is Gary Vroman. The announcement was made by the parent company Ladish Co. Inc. in mid-December, and became effective this month. Vroman has been with the organization for over 25 years, and holds engineering degrees from the University of Illinois (B.S.) and the Milwaukee School of Engineering (M.S.) With Ladish, he began as a sales engineer and proceeded through a series of positions with increasing responsibility, eventually being named v.p.-Sales in 1996. According to a company statement, Vroman has overseen Ladish’s “management of cyclical demand in the aerospace and industrial forging markets, including the current up-cycle. He brings a focus on strong customer service to the position.” As president of Ladish Forging, Vroman reports to Ladish Co. Inc. president and CEO Kerry L. Woody. Ladish Co. Inc. supplies forged components to jet engine, aerospace, and general industrial markets, with forging and machining operations in Wisconsin, Connecticut, Oregon and Poland.
