Ladish Co., Inc. has appointed Ray Knutilla managing director, European Operations.
Commenting on the appointment, Kerry L. Woody, Ladish’s president and CEO, said, “Ray’s primary responsibility will be to support ZKM, an already well-recognized forging operation, in implementing new business processes to serve its more than 100 general industrial customers better, while also preparing our European acquisition to expand into aerospace markets.” ZKM is in Poland.
“ZKM’s people and equipment provide a solid foundation for growth in EU markets, as well as an opportunity to service US and other global customers,” Knutilla said. Prior to assuming his new position, he was manager, strategic modernization at Ladish’s Cudahy Forging operation.
Ladish is a leading producer of highly engineered, technically advanced components for the jet engine, aerospace and general industrial markets. It is headquartered in Cudahy, WI, and has operations in Wisconsin, Oregon, Connecticut, and Poland.
