Industrial Innovation Awards: Nominations Are Now Open
I have some fun news to share.
The NED Innovation Awards has a new name, a new partner, and a bigger stage. This year, we're launching the Industrial Innovation Awards—and we're doing it alongside our sister publication, Plant Services.
Two trusted industry brands, one program—and between the two, more reach than either has alone. New Equipment Digest brings the product coverage; Plant Services brings deep focus on reliability, operations leadership, and keeping plants running at their best. Together, we're well-positioned to recognize the technologies that matter most to the people actually putting them to work.
Curious about past finalists and winners? Head to our awards page to see who's been recognized in years past: Industrial Innovation Awards
The program recognizes the most impactful innovations in industrial and manufacturing technology—products that improve performance, efficiency, reliability, safety, or ROI in ways that matter on the plant floor and across operations. We're not looking for a specific type of product or a single category. If it was made by a manufacturer for a manufacturer and released to market between January 1 and December 31, 2025, it's eligible—from OEM equipment and automation to MRO solutions and everything in between.
If you've brought something to market this year that clears that bar, we want to hear about it. If you know a supplier whose product deserves recognition, point them our way.
Submissions are open now through May 27, 2026.

Good luck to everyone who submits. We're looking forward to seeing what the industry has been building.
