Palmer Johnson is consolidating its family of companies under a single brand, bringing Palmer Johnson Power Systems, Hamilton Power Solutions, and Continental Engines together as Palmer Johnson.

The move unifies the companies' sales, service, and support operations under one name, aiming to reduce brand confusion and simplify how customers engage across product lines and locations.

"This consolidation is about more than branding," Craig Swenson, COO, said. "It's about delivering a better, simpler customer experience, reducing confusion, streamlining communication, and improving consistency in how we serve our customers."

As of now, Palmer Johnson has stated that customers will continue working with the same contacts and teams, and existing phone numbers, email addresses, and service channels will remain in place. Additionally, no changes are being made to the ordering process, and current websites and contact information will remain active.

The company says the longer-term objective is a more efficient service model and a clearer brand presence across North America.

Under the unified Palmer Johnson name, the organization delivers heavy-duty, off-highway, and industrial powertrain and engine solutions, including:

  • Transmissions, axles, and drivetrain components
  • Volume OEM transmission and axle remanufacturing programs
  • Diesel and gaseous engine application engineering
  • Engineered builds and value-added generator packages
  • In-shop and field service, repair, and maintenance

The company serves markets including agriculture, construction equipment, material handling, compressors, pumps and irrigation, forestry, mining, and welding.

Palmer Johnson is an authorized distributor and service center for manufacturers including Twin Disc, ZF Off-Highway, Dana Spicer, Carraro, Funk, Wichita Clutch, Eaton Airflex, Deutz, Hatz, Isuzu, Scania, JCB, and HD Hyundai.

This consolidation brings the brands together under one name and does not affect or change the company's products or services.
