Dual Icon LED Indicators Deliver Two-State Info in 14 mm Form
APEM'S DUAL ICON series consists of 14 mm panel-mount LED indicators with bi-color dual indication, designed for industrial, commercial, and marine applications where panel space is limited. Green and red filters combine with LED lighting to produce a 120-degree viewing angle across three operational states: off, green icon, and red icon.
A threaded barrel with an anti-rotation D-cut fits industry-standard holes and panels while minimizing the depth of the back of the panel. The flush bezel is plated brass with black E-coat, providing an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance. The design withstands salt spray, humidity, extreme temperatures, and shock/vibration.
Several standard icon configurations are available:
- Green "I" for on, red "O" for off
- Green "ON", red "OFF"
- Green "START", red "STOP"
- Green battery full icon, red battery low icon
- Green left arrow, red right arrow
Custom graphic designs are also available. Indicators are offered with solder FASTON terminals or three flying leads, each 7.87 in (200 mm) long. Rated for nominal 12V DC operation, they draw 20 mA and carry a solid-state life expectancy of 100,000 h. The series meets UL Recognition requirements.
