Liqtech's QureFlow Max is a skid-based produced-water treatment system for large-scale upstream reuse operations. It targets oil and total suspended solids (TSS) removal under highly variable feed conditions, including fluctuating oil concentration, water chemistry, temperature, and flow. The system supports both direct reuse applications and pretreatment ahead of desalination where required. It does not perform desalination.

Built on silicon carbide ceramic membrane technology, the system offers high chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and durability in harsh produced-water environments. It is designed to operate in water characterized by high total dissolved solids, elevated temperatures, variable oil content, and fouling-prone feed streams.

QureFlow Max is available in skid-based configurations with four or six membrane vessels per skid. Each skid delivers feed capacities of 350 to 530 GPM (80 to 120 m³/h), or 12,000 to 18,000 BWPD. The system supports modular deployment and automated operation in both fixed and mobile reuse configurations. It is available in unclassified or ATEX Zone 2/Class I Division 2 (C1D2) configurations and features remote control and fully automated operation. The system integrates into existing produced-water infrastructure without altering upstream or downstream processes.

In hydraulic fracturing reuse loops, QureFlow Max serves as the core treatment step where clear brine quality is sufficient for reuse.
