Walter's TD610 Supreme thread milling cutter is a full-effective thread mill for generating blind-hole and through-hole threads. It can be used with or without internal cooling to support chip evacuation at high feed per tooth rates.

The tool is available for thread depths up to 2.0 × nominal diameter (DN). It threads steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and super alloys up to 48 HRC across ISO P, M, K, N, and S material groups.

The program range includes M4 to M20, M4 × 0.5 to M20 × 2, UNC8 to UNC7/8, UNF8 to UNF3/4 and G1/16 to G1.

TD610 Supreme features a short flute geometry for stability, differential pitch for smooth running in short threads, and a modified neck geometry. It is manufactured in grade WB10TU for performance across a range of materials. The shank conforms to DIN 6535 HB.

The cutter is suited for applications requiring process reliability, including threading expensive components. It produces consistent thread quality, supports short machining times, and provides long tool life with minimal radius corrections.
