PumpLogix Plus Pump Station Controller HMI
Smith & Loveless' PumpLogix Plus Pump Station Controller is a standardized, HMI-ready control solution for duplex and triplex above-ground pump station applications. It is designed to upgrade existing relay logic control panels, reducing complexity and long-term costs.
The controller includes a touchscreen LCD graphical interface mounted on the panel front, providing navigation menus, built-in help screens, and real-time system visibility. Built-in input and output capacity supports two or three-pump configurations without customization. Standard functionality includes four relay outputs for pump control and station alarms, as well as a level transducer with backup float capability.
PumpLogix Plus displays an approximate wet well level in real time using a wet well level simulation to improve operator awareness of station conditions. It also controls variable frequency drives, enabling speed referencing based on wet well levels to support responsive pump operation.
Rated NEMA 4/4X, the controller meets industry standards for lift station electrical panels and is intended for wastewater and stormwater environments. It is compatible with S&L RemoteView for remote monitoring and troubleshooting without requiring on-site access.
PumpLogix Plus is designed for municipal wastewater authorities, rural sewer collection systems, private and commercial developments, industrial facilities, military bases, and national park infrastructure. It supports above-ground system configurations and simplifies access to controls to assist pump station operation.
