The platform includes the Iris MA camera and is supported by the TrueSight software suite, enabling vision-based motion analysis with automated asset identification and vibration severity evaluation.

The TrueSight ID module uses AI to detect assets such as motors, pumps, and pipes and assigns vibration severity levels using a visual alert system with green, yellow, and red indicators. The alerts provide real-time feedback to support condition monitoring and diagnostic decision-making across different skill levels.

TrueSight Accel combines motion amplification data with wireless accelerometer inputs, allowing the system to capture both visible motion and higher-frequency vibration data, including bearing-related faults.

The Iris MA camera performs onboard processing to collect and store high-speed motion data directly on the device. Data transfer to connected systems is supported through a 40 Gbps Thunderbolt connection.

For high-speed motion capture, the system records video at up to 1,400 fps at high resolution and up to 29,000 fps at reduced resolution. The platform also includes integrated remote support, allowing users to request assistance through a built-in help function.
