Q-PAC Fan-Only and Fused Disconnect Control Panels are solutions for commercial HVAC systems designed to simplify setup and improve airflow management. They complement Q-PAC's existing Basic and Premium Control Panels, giving engineers, contractors, and facility teams additional options for system integration.

The Fan-Only Control Panel allows straightforward connection of the Q-PAC Multimotor Plenum Fan (MPF) to existing or third-party building management systems (BMS). Power and controls from the BMS connect at a single point on the Q-PAC Fan Controller, which manages all motors together as one fan. This design supports retrofits, upgrades, and cost-sensitive projects while enabling fast installation and simple setup.

The Fused Disconnect Control Panel provides local power isolation and fused protection for safe operation. It uses Schneider VisiPacT fused safety switches as a lockout line-of-sight disconnect, tested to triple NEMA standards. This configuration allows integration of custom or advanced control equipment and offers a reliable foundation for broader system deployments in commercial and industrial environments.

Q-PAC's Premium and Basic Fan Control Panels remain fully assembled, factory-wired, and tested. Both include Hand-Off-Auto switches, integrated safety circuits, and fan status indicators. The Premium Control Panel is UL 508A-rated and adds a touchscreen HMI, BACnet MSTP/IP connectivity, safety interlocks, fireman override, and real-time monitoring for advanced applications. The Basic Control Panel delivers essential controls and protection for straightforward installations and smaller air handlers.
