Centurion Primus Jack Rack Repair Lifting Tool With 13 ft Lift
SpaceGuard Products' Centurion Primus Jack is a modular rack repair lifting tool that elevates the front leg of a pallet rack upright to support repair work, without unloading pallets. The jack lifts directly from the repair zone rather than the floor, positioning the force closer to the damaged area to support alignment and control during rack repair tasks.
The jack includes an adjustable jack head that slides and locks in 2 in (50 mm) increments along the lift column, allowing operators to raise damaged uprights to the required repair height. The modular lift column has three stackable sections that secure together to reach repair heights up to 13 ft (4 m).
A lightweight, stackable column design makes it easy to transport and handle in warehouse environments. The unit includes both 5 ft (1.5 m) and 15 ft (4.5 m) hydraulic hoses, allowing pump placement based on repair height and site conditions.
The jack supports 3, 4, and 5 in (80, 100, and 130 mm) upright configurations and accommodates a range of upright styles and hole patterns. Attachment options include a bolt-on teardrop adapter plate, direct-bolt connections, and side-pin engagement to support roll-formed and structural rack repair applications.
The jack positions the hydraulic lift point near the repair zone to support alignment and stability during lifting. A notched base design allows the lift head to sit closer to the upright, supporting controlled elevation during repairs. The unit is finished with zinc plating to support corrosion resistance and is shipped in a forklift-ready crate for handling and transport within facilities.
