High Power Strobe (HPS) Bar Light and 250MM Angle Changer Give Precise Machine Vision
TPL Vision's High Power Strobe Bar Light (HPS) is a high-brightness industrial bar light engineered for ultra-high-speed and precision imaging at long working distances. Delivering up to 2,500,000 lux at 8 in (200 mm) working distance and an ultra-fast 800 ns rise time, it synchronizes with camera exposure and conveyor speeds to minimize motion blur.
The device integrates strobe electronics, eliminating the need for an external driver, and can be used for scan tunnels, high-speed sorting, dimensional inspection, and other applications requiring precise measurement and verification.
The 250MM Angle Changer provides adaptable beam control for selected bar lights. It attaches directly to the front of the light with no dismantling required and enables users to adjust illumination angles for better homogeneity across the field of view. Curve Effect technology reduces central hot spots and maintains uniform brightness for pick-and-place and large FoV applications. Angle changers are available in wide, medium, narrow, line, and polarizer versions.
