Aetina's CoreEdge MXM AI Accelerator Module Series is an industrial MXM 3.1 AI accelerator line designed for high-precision, high-density computing workloads in autonomous mobile robots, unmanned vehicles, manufacturing equipment, and medical and surgical assistance systems. The modules use the NVIDIA Blackwell GPU architecture to support AI, ray tracing, and neural graphics processing in space-constrained edge deployments.

The MX5000B-XA model includes 10,496 CUDA cores, 80 RT cores, and 320 Tensor cores, delivering 40.62 TFLOPS FP32 performance. Testing shows faster LLM inference on the Gemma-2-9b model and increased inference throughput in benchmarking. The modules support FP4 precision, DLSS 4 multiframe generation, and GDDR7 memory with bandwidth up to 896 GB/s.

The series occupies one-fifth of the board space of traditional graphics cards and supports operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 185°F (-40 to 85°C). Modules feature conformal coating for dust and moisture resistance, adjustable TGP power settings, and high-vibration mounting holes on MXM Type B versions. Additional evaluations include thermal cycling testing, cold boot testing, and full chamber testing prior to shipment.

Evaluation kits with PCIe Gen4 x16 interfaces and HDMI outputs are available to support integration and development.

The MX5000B-XA and MX500B-QA are available now. The MX4000B and MX2000B modules are expected to enter mass production in Q1 2026.
