Emerson's ASCO Series 327C Solenoid Valve is a direct-acting, high-flow solenoid valve for applications requiring superior flow-to-power ratios, such as power plants, refineries, and chemical processing facilities.

The valve features a balanced poppet construction for high-flow efficiency, while its two-layer dynamic seal technology reduces friction and ensures stiction resistance, delivering consistent performance over its lifecycle.

New Intrinsically Safe and Manual Reset construction versions improve response times and reliability. The intrinsically safe model eliminates the need for an electronic booster, enabling more consistent partial stroke testing and faster operational response. It handles operating temperatures ranging from -76 to 194°F (-60 to 90°C).

Features:

  • Direct-acting, high-flow design
  • Balanced poppet construction for flow efficiency
  • Two-layer dynamic seal for reduced friction and stiction resistance
  • Operates in temperatures from -76 to 194°F (-60 to 90°C)
  • Intrinsically Safe version for faster response and electronic booster elimination
  • Manual Reset version for reliable operation
  • Unique electrical test connection for simplified commissioning and moisture prevention
  • Globally approved design for simplified valve specification
