LK Metrology L100NX blue laser scanner

LK Metrology's L100NX laser scanner for use on coordinate measuring machines features a 450 nm blue light laser to reduce noise in scan data for more reliable measurements. A wide stripe width of 4.3 in (110 mm) and a scanning rate of up to 530,000 points/s allow productive inspection of large components while maintaining accuracy.

Fourth-generation ESP technology adjusts laser power across 2,000 points on the laser line to measure shiny surfaces and multimaterial assemblies without surface preparation or manual intervention. An integrated rotation adaptor supports optimal scanner orientation for complex geometries, and an integrated FoV projector displays the coverage area onto the part to simplify programming and setup.

The scanner kit is supplied in a protective casing with accessories and documentation for operation and basic maintenance.
