Xtend Safety Boots

HexArmor's Xtend and Xbase safety boot series mark the first full line of safety footwear developed by HexArmor. Designed for indoor and outdoor work environments, the two series offer models that combine protection, ergonomic support, and job-specific performance.

The Xtend Series redefines the traditional work boot with a field-inspired design focused on all-day comfort and fatigue reduction. The boots include a composite safety toe, comply with ASTM F2413-24 standards, and feature an option for women. Colors are black or tan, with the women's model in grey. Customers can choose from sizes 5 to 14 and standard or wide.

The Xbase Series consists of heeled work boots built for outdoor job sites. All models include composite safety toes, meet ASTM F2413-24 standards, and emphasize durability, stability, and comfort. One model features the BOA Fit System for a precise and adjustable fit. Colors include black or brown in sizes 6 through 15.5 in standard or wide options.

Both series integrate proprietary technologies such as MACSOLE rubber outsoles for high heat resistance up to 572°F (300°C), slip resistance, and durability. Additional features include climazone temperature management for breathability, the iPUREnrj cushioning system for shock absorption and energy return (Xtend only), and bionomx ergonomic architecture to support natural foot movement (Xtend only).

All models meet ASTM F2413-24 standards for impact, compression, electrical hazard, and slip resistance and are available through hexarmor.com and major industrial distributors.
