Rite-Hite Raptor Rigid Security Doors are a line of rigid security doors for exterior industrial applications that demand speed, safety, and durability.
The series includes the Raptor Rigid Security Door, Raptor Rigid High Speed Security Door, and Raptor Rigid High Speed XL Security Door. Each model features double-walled aluminum construction, advanced control technology, and safety integration to enhance operational security and environmental control.
The base springless model operates at speeds up to 30 in/s (76 cm/s), while high-speed models reach up to 80 in/s (203 cm/s), reducing wait times for forklift operators. High-speed models use high-cycle extension springs and incorporate Predictive Spring Life technology, which evaluates door size, weight, and usage to determine the optimal time for maintenance, helping prevent unplanned downtime.
All doors feature the Door-Commander Advanced Controls panel with a SafeAlert system that provides a countdown before door closure, as well as a 6 ft (1.8 m) integrated light curtain in the side columns that detects objects or personnel throughout the door opening. The control panel can also connect with the Rite-Hite ONE digital platform to send alerts if the door remains open too long.
