Manufactured from Pallite's honeycomb cardboard, the unit offers good strength with a lightweight structure, making it a good pick for mezzanine installations and free-standing warehouse environments. Each unit supports up to 500 lb (227 kg) with 30 lb (14 kg) per pick face. Units are designed to sit securely on a pallet.

Arriving flat-packed, the PIX Essentials Twin 48 can be assembled quickly, with a build time of under 10 seconds per pick face.
