SmartScope M130 M-Series 3D Metrology System Boosts Throughput for Large Parts

SmartScope M130 M-Series 3D Multisensor Metrology System is a large-format video measurement platform for manufacturers producing large, heavy parts. It enhances image accuracy, optics, and throughput, delivering precise measurements even at low magnification.

At the core of the M130 is the IntelliCentric-M Optical System, which includes fixed optics with a 20 MP camera and proprietary virtual zoom technology. This system allows instant magnification changes across the full zoom range of a traditional mechanical zoom system, increasing runtime efficiency and reducing maintenance downtime. Advanced sensors, illumination, and accessories work in tandem with the IntelliCentric-M system to deliver high-speed optical measurement.

SmartScope M130 features a standard XYZ travel of 32 x 32 x 8 in (790 x 815 x 200 mm), optional Z-axis travel of 12 or 16 in (300 or 400 mm), and a payload capacity of 165 lb (75 kg). A redesigned base lowers stage height, making it easier to load and unload heavy parts or oversized fixtures.
