The PIREG-548 Touch-Screen Interface Terminal is a panel-mounted display designed to connect directly with PIREG-C2 heat seal controllers. This low-voltage touch-screen terminal provides real-time graphical and numerical readings of the heating element’s temperature, along with the ability to set sealing temperature. Calibration can be performed through the display, and optional thermocouple integration enables advanced calibration. By reading the heat sealing band’s resistance directly, it eliminates the need for thermocouples during operation, ensuring fast temperature response and stability. The terminal supports a wide voltage range and integrates seamlessly with PLC systems.
The PIREG-548 Touch-Screen Interface Terminal is scheduled for release at PACK EXPO 2025 (September 29–October 1) and will be available shortly thereafter.
