Washmaster MD-12 is a compact drum-style parts washer that combines full immersion and spray cleaning in one system. Designed with a stainless-steel tank, drum, and housing, it reduces energy loss and chemical consumption compared to traditional spray-only equipment.
The system's integrated forced air-drying feature helps ensure that parts are completely dry before discharge, speeding up the overall cycle time and increasing process consistency. Easy-access features support safer and faster drum inspection, cleaning, and maintenance, reducing unplanned downtime. Additional features include enhanced oil control for longer bath life and lower operating costs.
The washer is covered under a 3-2-1 warranty: 3 years on parts, 2 years on labor, and 1 year on travel.
