The Powder Testing Workstation PTW is a modular powder flowability testing system that combines multiple industrial powder testing methods in a single unit. Designed for use in industries such as pharmaceuticals, metals, food, and chemicals, the PTW allows users to assess flow characteristics using six common test methods: angle of repose, flow through an orifice via cylinder or funnel, shear cell, and scott volumeter for bulk density measurements.

The system supports easy customization through interchangeable modules, including a dedicated option for metal powder testing that meets ISO and ASTM standards for flow and bulk density.

The Powder Testing Assistant PTA 100i is a standalone unit that integrates with the PTW to streamline the testing process. It guides users step-by-step through each method and automates key functions such as timing, weight acquisition from a connected balance, and report exporting to either a printer or PC. The PTA 100i helps maintain data integrity and supports both novice and experienced operators in achieving consistent, reliable results.
