Center L Ultra Energy Storage System Offers Dual-Battery Design
The Center L Ultra is a liquid-cooled energy storage system that delivers 6.25 MWh capacity in a standard 20 ft (6 m) container. Designed for grid-connected storage applications with a discharge duration of 2 to 8 h, the system supports two battery models with 783 and 587 Ah capacities.
A dual-mode cooling system uses both compressor-based and natural cooling, automatically switching between modes based on ambient temperature and operating conditions to reduce auxiliary power consumption by 30%. The intelligent thermal management system keeps the temperature difference across the system under 4.5°F (2.5°C) to help extend system lifespan.
Safety features include big data fusion analysis and multi-physics coupling models that predict thermal runaway risks up to 24 h in advance, along with precise fault localization and a 4-level fire protection mechanism. The system is pre-installed and pre-commissioned before delivery for faster grid connection.
Built for various environments, the Center L Ultra has an IP55/C5 protection rating, can operate in temperatures from -40 to 131°F (-40 to 55°C), withstands seismic activity up to grade 8, and operates at noise levels under 65 dBA. An AI-powered management platform enables real-time monitoring and remote software upgrades via OTA technology.
