The TZ Series precision elevating tables are vertical positioning tables for compact, high-accuracy applications such as semiconductor and optical component manufacturing. A wedge mechanism enables vertical movement, guided by a pair of C-Lube Super MX linear motion rolling guides arranged in parallel for precise positioning and rigidity.
Positioning accuracy can reach 0.0002 in (0.005 mm) when combined with an optional linear encoder. Repeatability is rated at ±0.00004 in (±0.001 mm). Integrated limit, origin, and pre-origin sensors are included in the standard configuration to conserve space and simplify installation.
The Super MX guides include built-in C-Lube capillary systems that distribute lubricating oil automatically, enabling maintenance-free operation for 5 years or 12,427 mi (20,000 km).
