EcoSafe Safety Fences Offer Faster Assembly With Modular Panels
EcoSafe is a modular safety fencing and enclosure system for fast installation and flexible use in industrial settings. The next generation of the system introduces a 22.5 x 45 mm (0.89 x 1.77 in) aluminum frame profile as its base component, improving strength while reducing weight.
The updated system is compatible with the original EcoSafe platform and with modular aluminum profile structures, allowing for the reuse and expansion of existing configurations. It includes prefabricated "direct panels" that attach quickly using a universal foot and a top fixing cap, secured with a few screws. These components accelerate the assembly of linear safety fences and reduce installation time by about 40%.
The universal foot supports two 22.5 x 45 mm (0.89 x 1.77 in) frame profiles or a standard 45 x 45 mm (1.77 x 1.77 in) profile. It requires only two floor bolts for anchoring, minimizing the number of drilled holes. For custom layouts, the base can pivot to allow angled panel connections.
Design and planning are supported by the free MTpro engineering software, which enables layout creation, automatic bill of materials generation, and direct order transfer to the online store or distribution partners.
