200A and 400A Disconnect Switches Feature Recyclable Plastic
The 200A and 400A Disconnect Switches are high-amperage UL 98 switches designed for demanding industrial environments. Made from 100% recyclable plastic materials, these switches support sustainable practices while delivering high performance in high-load applications.
Designed for consistency and flexibility, the switches feature operator-independent actuation, ensuring reliable performance regardless of how the handle is turned. A modular configuration allows for various actuation orientations to accommodate diverse installation needs.
Safety is enhanced through contact position check windows on each pole, allowing visual inspection for improved maintenance procedures. The switches also provide a maximum horsepower rating of 300 hp at 600V AC, making them suitable for power-intensive applications.
Available in both three-pole and four-pole configurations, the switches support current ratings of 200 and 400 A and a voltage rating of up to 600V AC. The short circuit withstand rating is 100 kA when used with the appropriate Class J fuses. Wire size compatibility ranges from 2 AWG to 600 kcmil, depending on the model.
The switches are UL-listed (E506049) and can be paired with accessories such as various handle options and shaft lengths from 3.9 to 19.7 in (100 to 500 mm).
