PUDU CC1 Pro Autonomous Cleaning Robot Detects Stains in Real Time
The PUDU CC1 Pro is an AI-powered autonomous cleaning robot that provides intelligent, large-scale facility maintenance. As a 4-in-1 system, it combines sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dust-mopping. The CC1 Pro is a fully autonomous, closed-loop cleaning system that integrates visual recognition and real-time decision-making.
Capable of handling areas from 53,800 to 86,100 sq ft (5,000 to 8,000 m²) per operation, the CC1 Pro can be used for airports, warehouses, hospitals, and shopping centers. Its rear AI camera enables real-time cleanliness detection. If stubborn stains remain after the initial pass, the robot automatically returns to re-clean the area and displays the results on a heat map for further human assessment.
The unit adjusts cleaning strategy dynamically—deep scrubbing is activated in soiled areas, while a more efficient mode is used on cleaner surfaces. It can distinguish between different floor materials, such as carpets and hard flooring, and apply appropriate cleaning methods. In spot scrubbing mode, the robot identifies wet or dirty spots and performs targeted cleaning for up to 3x greater productivity, while also mapping debris distribution to help staff refine cleaning strategies.
The CC1 Pro autonomously monitors the condition of its cleaning components. It uses image recognition to detect contamination or wear in brushes and squeegees, triggering re-cleaning or alerting staff when intervention is required.
Navigation is handled by PUDU VSLAM+, a hybrid system combining Visual SLAM and Lidar SLAM, allowing the robot to function in complex environments without ceiling markers. It can adapt to layout changes and avoid both static and moving obstacles.
The robot also provides heat maps, dashboards, and performance metrics, including task completion rates and maintenance frequency, offering operational transparency and insights for cleaning teams.
Hardware features include IEC 63327-certified safety compliance, optional self-cleaning roller brushes, a contour-adaptive brush chamber, and durable metal mesh filters. These components are engineered to reduce service frequency and extend product lifespan.
