    The Logic Pallet is an autonomous mobile pallet designed to automate and unify the movement of goods within and between multiple facilities. It replaces traditional pallets and forklifts by providing end-to-end automation for logistics and material handling. The pallet measures 48 x 40 in (1 x 1 m) and supports boxed consumer goods and food transportation.

    This self-driving, self-loading, and self-unloading robotic platform operates as an in-facility shuttle, moving standard-sized pallets to storage, picking, and retrieval locations. It enables high-density, aisleless storage configurations that can triple storage capacity compared to traditional warehouses. The Logic Pallet travels at a speed of 2.2 mph (3.5 km/h) and has a payload capacity of 2,000 lb (910 kg). Its battery lasts up to 160 hours (~7 days) on a single charge.

    Controlled by LINK, an AI-integrated warehouse operating system, the Logic Pallet optimizes real-time storage and retrieval in spaces of any shape. It features autonomous stacking, return-for-reuse functions, and advanced self-navigation to minimize downtime and labor needs. A patented weight-based inventory management system supports on-demand cycle counting, while automated item recognition via Item Master provides real-time inventory insights, reducing manual labor and errors.

    The Logic Pallet automates consolidation, deconsolidation, and cross-docking to streamline inbound and outbound logistics. It also enables rapid goods-to-person shuttling for faster picking and order fulfillment. The system can load or unload a full trailer in about five minutes, offering fast dock-to-stock times.
