Using FANUC’s Stream Motion capabilities, which support real-time trajectory input via Ethernet, and Inbolt’s lightweight robot-mounted vision system, the system offers high-speed part identification and path correction. It can operate in stations without fencing, handles part variation without compromising cycle time, and eliminates the need for specialized lighting or jigs.

Designed to reduce automation complexity, the system allows deployment in crowded stations and supports over 100 part models in real time. Setup is simplified through Inbolt Studio, a platform that enables CAD file import, AI model training, tracking validation, and program deployment.
