Drylin NT-60-4 Telescopic Rail Offers PTFE-Free Operation
The Drylin NT-60-4 telescopic rail is a sliding rail system made from three interlocking aluminum profiles that can be continuously extended up to 79 in (2 m). The system does not require lubrication and eliminates polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and over 100 other per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
The rail measures 2 in (60 mm) wide and 0.1 in (24 mm) high and is available in both full-extension and partial-extension versions. It uses sliding elements made from iglide JGPF, a high-performance plastic that supports dry, low-maintenance operation. In testing, vertically installed rails withstood a centric load of 200 N and completed 25,000 opening/closing cycles.
Rail profiles are offered in silver or black anodized finishes, and the product line includes flat variants (NTKA-60) and versions with high-end caps (NTKB-60) for edge protection. Additional PTFE-free installation sizes NT-35 and NT-27 are also available.
