AY110-200 Rotary Stage Series Handles Loads up to 220 lb.
The AY110-200 Rotary Stage Series provides precise rotational control with 3.6 arcseconds (1/1000 of a degree) resolution through a high precision 180:1 worm gear with 10 micro steps-per-step micro-stepping drivers. The series includes models with an 8 in (200 mm) diameter table and a load capacity of 220 lb (100 kg).
Standing 3 in (83 mm) high with a footprint of 10 x 10.5 in (250 x 267 mm), the stage uses a pattern of threaded mounting holes in the table and the base for integrating into various applications.
The series offers four motor configurations:
- Stepper motor driven with manual adjustment knobs
- 3-phase brushless DC servo motors with quadrature optical encoders
- Brushed DC servo motor driven with quadrature optical encoders
- Stepper motor driven with quadrature optical encoders for position verification
The stage can be ordered as a complete plug-and-play system with RS-232, USB, joystick, and keypad control, along with a compatible motion controller.
