The Double Reach Shuttle is an advanced automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) that maximizes space, improves efficiency, and meets the fast-paced demands of modern supply chains. Its compact design and high speed make it great for warehouses and distribution centers dealing with increasing SKUs and high throughput requirements.

The narrow shuttle and double-reach transfer mechanism optimize aisle width, allowing facilities to double storage capacity vertically while reducing manual handling tasks.

Handling load sizes from 7 to 30 inches (175 to 650 mm) in width, 8 to 30 inches (200 to 650 mm) in depth, and 3.5 to 24 inches (90 to 600 mm) in height, the shuttle is able to manage diverse product types.

Its weight capacity of 2 to 66 lb (1 to 30 kg) ensures it can handle lightweight and heavier goods. The Double Reach Shuttle handles ~1,000 cases/h/aisle for combined inbound and outbound operations, making it ideal for fast-paced environments.

Equipped with a vertical conveyor and fast Goods-to-Person (GTP) picking, this system boosts order accuracy and speeds up replenishment, picking, and shipping operations across various industries.
