ELINE - Essential Line Scan Bar Lights, for use with line scan cameras in machine vision applications, provide stable brightness for industrial automation applications.
Able to be customized, the light handles various working distances to increase the depth of field and take image processing to the next level.
ELINE offers three interchangeable illumination effects: Backlight, focused, and collimated. Backlight illumination offers high homogeneity for high-speed line scan backlight applications. Focused illumination converges linear lighting for close working distances. Collimated illumination offers intense linear lighting for long working distances.
There are also two accessories for the light: Reflection Management and Polarizer Accessory. The Reflection Management Accessory is for focused and collimated illumination versions that eliminate LED spots when inspecting glossy or shiny surfaces. The Polarizer Accessory eliminates unwanted glare when inspecting uneven surfaces such as packaging foils.
The lights are available in eight wavelengths: white (6500 K), red (630 nm), IR (850 nm), green (525 nm), blue (470 nm), UV405, UV385 and UV365.
