Crossed Roller Bearing CRBT105A

Oct. 27, 2021
IKO's Crossed Roller Bearing CRBT105A can handle heavy or complex loads from any direction simultaneously.

Providing smooth rotation, the Crossed Roller Bearing CRBT105A is an ultra-small, ultra-thin unit designed to provide rigidity for space-constrained automated machine designs.

It features a 10,000 µm (10 mm) bore diameter, 21,000 µm (21 mm) outside diameter, and a narrow width of 5,000 µm (5 mm). Despite its size, the roller bearing offers rigidity up to four times greater than double-row angular contact ball-type bearings. This combination of features makes it suitable for robots with articulating arms, as well as compact surveillance cameras.

With rollers alternately crossed at right angles to each other between inner and outer rings, the CRBT105A produces a greater contact surface to allow the bearing to handle heavy or complex loads from any direction simultaneously.

  • Separators between cylindrical rollers to provide smooth rotation
  • Dynamic load rating of 1,120N
  • Static load rating of 811N
  • Small coefficient of friction for high-speed rotation
  • Lightweight design
  • 10,000 µm (10 mm) bore diameter
  • 21,000 µm (21 mm) outside diameter
  • 5,000 µm (5 mm) narrow width
