VMX60Ui 5-Axis CNC Milling Machine allows for full 5-Axis milling of complex shapes and geometries in various hard-wearing, corrosion-resistant alloys ranging from 20 to 65 HRC.

The VMX60Ui boasts a maximum working area of Ø500 mm and a maximum table load of 400 kg. The CNC has a trunnion style machining center which provides an ideal configuration for 5-sided machining, creating flexible and efficient manufacture of components with complex geometries.

With software packages like WinMax and UltiMotion, machinists are able to reduce overall cycle time while enhancing surface finish due to its precision and accuracy. Combined with a 40-piece tooling station, the 5-axis machine allows users to get parts out faster.
