Cuda provides extra-capacity, top-load, automatic, aqueous parts washerCuda Aqueous Parts Washers, a leading manufacturer of solvent-free parts washers since 1993, now features our top-of-the-line, extra capacity top-load, automatic parts washer. Using pressurized hot water and specialized industrial detergents with rust inhibitors, this Cuda top-load aqueous parts washer is large enough to clean transmission bells and other large-sized automotive parts. The Cuda 2518 features a wash cabinet 18-inches high and a rotating turntable 25-inches in diameter. There are nine models with varying configurations of electrical power and a variety of options such as wetted surfaces made of stainless steel, filtration systems and power brush attachments. As with most Cuda parts washers, the Cuda 2518 uses a vertical seal-less pump, which has proven to be extremely reliable in the parts washer application due to its high tolerance of particles in the wash solution. The 3 HP seal-less pump on the Cuda 2518 delivers cleaning power at a rate of 50 GPM (gallons per minute) and 45 PSI (pounds per square inch). The Cuda 2518 has a load capacity of 500 lbs. and features an easy-accessed, removable 10-mesh debris screen that prevents loose parts and heavy particles from entering the wash solution and damaging the pump or clogging the plumbing. All Cuda parts washers are ETL safety certified to UL and CSA specifications and are backed by a one-year parts and labor warranty when Cuda detergents are used. Cuda offers a selection of soaps that have been formulated specifically to work in aqueous parts washers. Other features of the Cuda 2518 parts washer include:
