The AeroDome is available in a Type III, Type IV and Type V optic and meets IESNA Full Cutoff Classification. Its rugged one-piece, die-cast aluminum 25-inch wide by 14.5-inch deep housing accommodates 250- to 1000-watt PSMH, MH and HPS lamps. Mountings include Side-Arm or Round Tube Center Direct Post-Top. Both feature an integral one-piece, field-replaceable electrical component ballast module with a quick-disconnect design for ease of installation and long-term serviceability. The high-impact, clear tempered glass lens secured to the die-cast aluminum door frame features a high-temperature silicone gasket that seals the lens from water and insects. The lens assembly features a tool-less, quick-release mechanism for easy maintenance.

The AeroDome is well-suited to large parking lots with strict cutoff and uniformity codes. It achieves higher footcandle averages, minimums and improved uniformities when compared to a 400-watt fixture.
