Magmotor – Worcester, MA; A new compact high performance brush DC motor from Magmotor is well suited for X-Y positioning systems, medical equipment, pharmaceutical equipment, machine tool spindles and centrifuge applications. The motor has the ability to accelerate rapidly with limited impact to the system. It features internal, long-life brushes and Neodymium magnets for unparalleled power in a compact size. The 1.5” diameter design produces a continuous torque up to 25 oz-in, and a peak torque up to 150 oz-in. A variety of electrical and mechanical options are available including windings for specific power requirements and custom mounting configurations. The dual ended shaft allows for quick and easy optical encoder installation.
