PPD-130 Peristaltic Pump Dispenser

Feb. 2, 2007
Precision dispensing of dangerous or toxic substances can be controlled by the model PPD-130 Peristaltic Pump Dispenser from I&J Fisnar Inc., maintaining a clean and safe bench environment while providing accurate and repeatable deposits of low viscosity fluids. The peristaltic pumping principle applies pressure to a soft Teflon tube, which accepts deformation but can quickly recover its initial shape improving occlusion. Fluid flow is a function of the tube diameter and the pump rotational speed. There are several advantages from this dispensing principle not least of which is that the system is air-free and the operator need not come into contact with any hazardous material, such as Cyanoacrylate, solvent, alkaline or acid.• Weight: 6.6lbs (3kg) • Input Voltage: 110V & 220V models 50/60 Hz • Dispense time: 0.01 - 99.99 seconds • Internal Voltage: 5VDC • Cycle initiation: continuous & timed • Rotor Speed: up to 120 rpm (max.) • Flow speed: 0.01 - 6ml/min. (Teflon tube) • Dispense pressure: over 1.5Kg/cm2 • Direction of pump: both direction (Forward / Reverse) • Snuff-back: programmable by reverse rotation • Digital display: time count down • I/O: connection for remote operation
