ADM-5800AX Series of NEMA 4X Industrial Monitors (Discontinued)

The ADM-5800AX Monitor series has been designed to take on harsh NEMA 4X environments. In-keeping with NEMA 4X standards, these stainless steel, corrosion-resistant monitors are a perfect solution for indoor/outdoor operation and stand up to the rigors of windblown dust and rain, splashing water, hose-directed water, and disinfecting agents as found in the food processing industries.
Arista designed this NEMA 4X monitor series in four screen size configurations to cover the needs of most industrial monitor requirements. The ADM-5800AX series will be available in sizes of 15, 17, 19, and 42 in models (ADM-5815AX, ADM-5817AX, ADM-5819AX, and ADM-5842A,X respectively).
These monitors share similar specifications with a few exceptions. The 15-in monitor comes in at 1024 x 768 resolution, 500:1 contrast ratio, and a brightness of 250 nits. The 17 and 19-in monitors have a resolution of 1280 x 1024 and a brightness of 300 nits. Contrast ratio sits at 800:1 for the 17-in and 700:1 for the 19-in. All these monitors are capable of 16 million colors, 4:3 aspect ratio, were designed for panel mount applications, and offer an optional five-wire resistive touch screen. The five-wire resistive touch screen will increase operator accuracy and efficiency.
Arista's touch screens are constructed with the harshest environments in mind, allowing for operation with gloved hands and delivering drift-free operation. The 42-in monitor (ADM-5842AX), designed for VESA mount applications, boasts a bright 500 nits screen, 2500:1 contrast ratio, 1680 x 1050 resolution with an aspect ratio of 16:9, and offers an optional IR touch screen. This 42-in monitor offers stunning displays of video, graphics, and text in both highly lit and dimly lit rooms. Adhering to the most stringent professional standards, the 42-in viewable large display is capable of running resolutions up to 1680 x 1050 pixels and can be best suited for process monitoring and control rooms in plant floors.
The ADM-5842AX, with its 1780/1780-degree vertical and horizontal viewing angle feature, is ideal for real-time collaborative environments where you can display text, charts, alarms, HMI graphics, live video, and any other appropriate information on the plant floor.
All monitors in this versatile NEMA 4X monitor series will run on AC or DC power and operate at 0 to 50°C. Arista's ADM-5800AX series monitors are designed with external power supplies to avoid additional heat being generated internally. With the integrated VGA transmitter, computers can be located up to 330 m (just over 1,000 ft) from the monitors.
