Series 725 converts the production line from a Tandem line with two heads a distance apart into a co-extrusion line with a single head applying both layers of PVC in a single operation.
This method provides savings and also offers a shorter changeover time, less scrap, and improved quality.
The Guill Seal Right system includes a self-aligning tapered deflector and body design and the crosshead has a multi-port spiral flow.
