Belt Conveyor Oven Treats Metal Springs
The gas-heated No. 867 Belt Conveyor Oven reaches 850º F for production heat treating of metal springs. The conveyor's insulated heat zone is 18 feet long with recirculated air flow.
The oven features a 7-in. thick insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior and interior, exhaust hoods over each end is equipped with a 12-in. diameter tubeaxial fan, driven by a ½-HP motor.
