EXAIR's Varistat Benchtop Ionizer is now available in a 230V version, making it compatible with a wider range of industrial environments. The new model includes selectable voltage (115V/230V), giving users greater flexibility without compromising performance. This update allows manufacturers across global regions to implement hands-free static elimination without the need for compressed air.
The Varistat Benchtop Ionizer neutralizes static on charged surfaces. Using ionizing technology, it offers a hands-free solution that requires no compressed air and provides a constant stream of particulate-free and static-eliminating air. It's easily mounted on benchtops or machines, is manually adjustable, and works great for processes that need comprehensive coverage, like part assembly, web cleaning, printing, and more.

The Varistat is the first fan-driven static eliminator from EXAIR. Once plugged in, the Varistat provides rapid static decay capable of reducing 1,000 to 100V in 0.8 s.
The ionizer features 2 replaceable ion emitter points and two 30 PPI foam filters to ensure optimal performance over extended periods, as well as LED lights to signify proper function. It also offers customizable options like selectable voltage, variable fan speed, and adjustable polarity.
