LK Metrology Brings New CMMs and CT System to IMTS 2026

LK Metrology heads to IMTS 2026 with new shop floor CMMs, an updated software lineup, and its first CT system in tow.

LK Metrology will bring four coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), a new computed tomography system, and updated inspection software to IMTS 2026, running Sept. 14-19 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The company's booth, No. 134338 in the East Building, Level Three, will feature live demonstrations across its CMM, scanning, and software lines.

Shop Floor and Multisensor CMMs

Two ISF shop floor CMMs, the 04.04.04 and 07.06.05, will be on display, both fitted with Renishaw MH20i probe heads.

Rounding out the CMM lineup are two Altera M multisensor machines:

  • The Altera M 10.10.8, configured with PH10MQ, TP20, SP25, LC15DX, and LC12DX probes alongside the company's L100NX laser scanner
  • The Altera M 15.12.10, equipped with a SCANtec 5 system and a Renishaw REVO-2 5-axis scanning head.

A First for CT Inspection

LK Metrology will also demonstrate its PXR-CT Alpha 320KV computed tomography system. The CT system builds on the company's 2025 acquisition of ProCon X-Ray, a German manufacturer of industrial CT and X-ray inspection equipment, marking one of LK Metrology's first major U.S. trade show showings since adding CT capability to its portfolio.

Software and Accessories

On the software side, LK Metrology will show: its

Accessory products on display will include the company's Changing Racks (MSR, TSR, SSR), a styli cleaner, and its CMM checking gage.
