Get ready for ABB's showcase at Automate 2025, where the company will debut cutting-edge robotics technologies, including the OmniCore controller, its new Robotic Parcel Inductors, and a preview of its Integrated Vision 2.0. Join ABB for live demos, interactive STEM learning, and a chance to connect with experts on the future of automation.
What's New at AUTOMATE:
Preview: Integrated Vision 2.0
Integrated Vision 2.0 will make its preview debut at Automate 2025 (Booth #2632) ahead of its official launch in November 2025. Built into RobotStudio, this upgraded vision system dramatically shortens setup time for vision-based applications, turning fine-tuning from days into hours, and features full visualization for intuitive configuration.
Debut: OmniCore Platform
Also new to the show is ABB's OmniCore controller, making its first full-scale U.S. appearance. The control platform integrates ABB's entire robot portfolio, combining modular hardware and AI-powered software tools in a single architecture. Developed through a $170 million investment, OmniCore is built for speed, precision, and flexible deployment across everything from single cobots to complex, multi-robot environments.
Debut: Robotic Parcel Induction systems
Finally, ABB's Robotic Parcel Induction system, launched in March 2025, will make its Automate debut. The system uses an IRB 2600 robot and AI vision to identify and induct mixed parcels at high throughput, addressing the rising complexity in modern logistics.
