As Director of Technical Pre-sales for Valens (inventor of HDBaseT technology), Daniel Schwartzberg brings with him more than 20 years of experience, predominantly within the semiconductor industry. In his current role, he’s responsible for leading marketing activities to define the requirements of the next generations of HDBaseT chipsets, both for the automotive and audiovisual markets, and is a passionate evangelist for HDBaseT technology. To achieve this goal, he works closely with the ecosystem of HDBaseT vendors and end users to broaden understanding of the market and deepen awareness of the technology.
In his previous position, Daniel was Product Manager at Valens, where he was responsible for roadmap planning and implementation of the first and second generation of Valens HDBaseT integrated-circuit devices. Prior to Valens, he was Director of Marketing at TranSwitch, and has held positions in project management and engineering at Mindspeed Technologies, Comverse Network Systems, and Ford Motor Company. Daniel holds a Master’s in Engineering and a Bachelor’s with Honors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.
