3FG25 & 2FG14 Heavy-Duty Electrical Robot Grippers for High Payloads
Collaborative applications have developed a lot over recent years with cobot brands now capable of handling around 66 lb. (30 kg). The 3-fingered 3FG25 gripper provides users with 55 lb. (25 kg) of payload power in a compact, all-electric, lightweight form. The 3FG15 has been widely adopted in CNC machine tending due to its ability to handle cylindrical and odd-shaped items.
The 2FG14 is a lightweight parallel finger gripper with a payload of 30 lb. (14 kg). The gripper is ideal in CNC machine tending applications that involve handling heavy metal workpieces with a new base design for environments exposed to oils or cutting fluids.
The two grippers offer an all-around plug-and-produce experience, including fingers with multiple configurations, flange adapters, cabling, and comprehensive software that removes the complexity of robot programming.
