A two-component, graphite-filled, electrically conductive adhesive called EP75-1 has a 100 to 15 mix ratio by weight and is easy to apply. EP75-1 cures at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures. It readily develops a high bonding strength of more than 2,000 psi tensile shear when measured and cured at 75°F.  The volume resistivity of the cured system is 50-100 ohm-cm. The system contains no solvents or diluents.

Master Bond EP75-1 can be applied with minimal sagging or dripping even on vertical surfaces. It has excellent adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, vulcanized rubbers and most plastics. EP75-1 has a service operating temperature range of -60 to +250°F.  It has outstanding dimensional stability and chemical resistance. The volume resistivity of the cured system is 50-100 ohm-cm. Its superior electrical conductivity makes EP75-1 particularly well suited for shielding and static dissipation applications.
