With an elevated height of 456 in. (1,158.2 cm), the Raymond High Capacity Orderpicker enables operators to optimize storage capacity.

2023 NED Innovation Award Winner

Fulfilling the need to pick more efficiently at increased heights, the Raymond 5600 High Capacity Orderpicker boosts storage capacity as e-commerce demands increase. With an elevated height of 456 in. (1,158.2 cm), the lift trucks allow for increased rack storage access to 11% more pick slots and increased storage capacity for more usable space and improved SKU count without increasing a facility's overall footprint.

The 5600 stock picker is best suited for high throughput, elevated height, and 36V applications. The ACR System provides quick acceleration and AC Drive and AC Lift. Boost operator productivity with the intelliguide wire guidance system to minimize steering requirements in aisles, and the intellispeed system to optimize travel speeds at height.

  • Battery: 36V
  • Capacity: 3,000 lb. (1,361 kg)
  • Elevated Height: 456 in. maximum ( 11.5 mm)
  • Load Center: 24 in. Load Center (610 mm)
  • Motor System: AC Drive & AC Lift Motors
  • Variable lift speeds
  • Panoramic view of racks, loads, and aisles
  • Intelliguide wire guidance frees operators from steering responsibilities in narrow aisles
  • Smooth operation
  • Audible and visual signals alert operators to service issues
  • Fully programmable

  • Intellispeed system coordinates travel speeds and load heights, maximizing truck speed as the platform rises for faster travel

This order picker integrates with additional intralogistics solutions and energy technologies from Raymond:

  • Lithium-ion battery technology, which delivers more convenient charging and minimal downtime with opportunity-charging and fast-charging capabilities
  • The In-Aisle Detection System, which notifies operators traveling in the tractor-first direction when the system detects objects in the lift truck’s path
  • Zoning and Positioning technology, an operator assist option, where operators are able to focus on their surroundings and the task at hand instead of searching for the exact pick location, which ensures more reliable and repeatable lift truck operation by controlling many order picking functions

  • Cold storage
  • Order picking
  • Palletless handling
  • Very narrow aisle
