1901-M is an LED-curable coating for medical electronics applications featuring a secondary heat-cure capability for curing areas shadowed from the light source. Dymax 1901-M bonds FR4, glass, and metal and can be used as a coating on medical microcircuits, for sealing or as a moisture barrier on electrical components.
